A proven track record backing Italian industry
Since 2013, the Space team has promoted over €1 billion of equity investments by listing four industry-leading companies (FILA, AVIO, Aquafil and Guala Closures) on the STAR segment of Borsa Italiana through the business combination with four Special Purpose Acquisition Companies (SPACs).
In 2019, the team launched a club deal platform deploying approximately €100 million into two high-growth SMEs. Today, in partnership with Arca SGR, we manage Arca Space Capital, closed in July 2025 with €206 million from leading institutional investors.
