Carlo Pagliani was born in Milan, Italy in 1962. He graduated in business administration from Bocconi University, Milan, in 1985. Mr. Pagliani began his professional career at Hambros Bank in London. In 1988 joined Banque Paribas, first in London, and then in Milan as responsible of the investment banking division. In 1998, he joined Morgan Stanley where he became managing director, responsible for the Italian family-owned business groups until 2013 and as senior advisor until 2015. In 2013, he co-founded Space. In 2023, he co-founded Space Capital Advisors, which is the advisory company to the new Arca Space Capital Fund.
Edoardo Subert

Edoardo Subert was born in 1960, in Milan. In 1985, he graduated with full marks in business administration from Bocconi University in Milan. After starting his professional career at Cast, a management consultant company linked to Bocconi University, in 1987 he joined Citibank, where he became director of the M&A division. In 1990, he moved to Rothschild, first in London, responsible for the Italian desk, and then in Milan, where he became managing director, BoD member, and partner of the Rothschild Group. Until 2016 stayed on as senior advisor to the investment banking department. In 2013, he co-founded Space. In 2023, he co-founded Space Capital Advisors, the advisory company to the new Arca Space Capital Fund.
Alfredo Ambrosio

Alfredo Ambrosio was born in Naples, Italy, in 1973. He graduated with full marks in business administration from Federico II University, Naples and got a MBA from SDA Bocconi in Milan in 1997. After starting his professional career in Banca IMI, in 2000, Mr Ambrosio joined the TMT Team of Morgan Stanley in London. He later became executive director and served as M&A operations officer for EMEA. In 2013, he joined Cassa Depositi e Prestiti. In 2015 joined the M&A department of Banca IMI, first as Head of Consumer & Retail and then as Senior Origination Banker for the Luxury and Retail industry. In 2013 he co-founded Space. In 2023, he co-founded Space Capital Advisors, which is the advisory company to the new Arca Space Capital Fund.
Laura Selvi

Laura Selvi was born in Forlì, Italy, in 1972. Laura graduated with full marks in business administration from Bocconi University in Milan in 1996. She began her professional career in the investment banking department of Nomura in London. In 2001, she became junior partner investment manager of Athena Private Equity, an investment company with a €250m commitment, successfully completing 18 investments across various sectors. She later moved to Four Partners, a leading Italian family office, as responsible for industrial direct investments through club deals until 2015, when she joined Space. In 2023, he co-founded Space Capital Advisors, which is the advisory company to the new Arca Space Capital Fund.
Alessandro Grassi

Mr Grassi graduated cum laude in economics from Bologna University in 2000. He began his professional career in KPMG and EY, working in the Corporate Finance division, where he was involved in several M&A transactions. From 2007 to 2017, he covered various investment roles at Arca Impresa Gestioni Sgr and IGI Sgr, focused on small and medium buy-outs. In 2017 Mr Grassi joined Arcadia SGR and with the role of Partner and member of the Board of Directors he completed and managed five investments of Arcadia Small Cap II fund.
He joined Space in September 2023 as Partner.
Marco Giovannelli

Marco Giovannelli was born in Florence, Italy, in 1991. Graduated in Engineering at University of Southampton, Marco started his professional career working in M&A in Milan and Boston.
In 2016, he joined Dea Capital Alternative Funds SGR as Analyst in the direct funds team, working on the investment, monitoring and dismissal phases of the fund.
He joined Space in 2019 as Associate.
Giorgio Carelli

Giorgio Carelli was born in Ancona, Italy, in 1997. Giorgio graduated in International Management from Bocconi University in Milan in 2021.
He started his professional career working in the competitive intelligence department of Ariston Group in Milan. In March 2022, he joined Rothschild & Co Italia S.p.A. as an Off-cycle Analyst in the Corporate M&A department.
He joined Space in October 2022 as Analyst.
