Who we are

Space Capital Advisors is the advisory company to Arca Space Capital, the Private Equity Fund launched in partnership with Arca Fondi SGR to invest in high growth potential Italian SMEs. Arca Space Capital reached its final closing in July 2025, raising 205 million euros with the support of leading institutional investors.

Since 2013, the Space team has promoted over 1 billion euros of equity investments by listing four industry leading companies (FILA, AVIO, Aquafil and Guala Closures) on the STAR segment of the Italian Stock Exchange through the business combination with four Special Purpose Acquisition Companies (SPACs).

In 2019, the Space team launched a club deal platform, which made two private equity investments, with a capital deployment of approximately 100 million euros, in two SMEs with high growth potential: Adler Ortho and Bruno Generators Group.
