Milan, June 25, 2024 – Arca Fondi S.G.R. S.p.A. (Arca Fondi), on behalf of Arca Space Capital fund, and Space Capital Advisors, are pleased to announce the successful completion of the acquisition of Valtenna S.r.l., Bulgarelli Production S.r.l., D’Auria Packaging S.p.A., Co.Ri Sacchettificio S.r.l., and Brand Label S.r.l. via the holding company Mosaiq Group S.p.A. ("Mosaiq" or the "Group"). The Group stands as a unique, vertically integrated operator providing sustainable packaging solutions for high end fashion and luxury brands.

On June 24, 2024, Mosaiq Group acquired 100% of the shares of the five companies following the required regulatory approvals. Mosaiq Group's capital is held 68% by an investment vehicle controlled by Arca Space Capital and 32% by the entrepreneurs of the five companies, who have reinvested in the holding and will remain actively involved in the management and will contribute to the growth of the Group.
Amundi Private Equity Italia (APEI – Group Crédit Agricole Italia) and BNP Paribas BNL Equity Investments co-invested alongside Arca Space Capital.

The acquisition was financed by a consortium of banks, including Banca BPER S.p.A., Banco BPM S.p.A., Crédit Agricole Italia S.p.A. (acting as the agent bank), Banca Popolare di Sondrio S.p.A., and Cassa Depositi e Prestiti S.p.A.ù

Upon closing, Sebastian Suhl, with over twenty years of international experience in the fashion and luxury sectors, has assumed the role of CEO of Mosaiq Group: “I am honored to be part of the Mosaiq project. Together with the Group’s entrepreneurs, we will work to execute on our ambitious growth plans by creating a unique vertically integrated platform to serve the sustainable packaging needs of our luxury and fashion clients in Italy and abroad.”.
